TDC have now approved this application.
A complaint has been received that the built alterations do not match the agreed plans. This is a Planning Inspectorate issue. CPC will inform building inspector about this and cc in TDC planning.

Variation of condition 2 attached to planning permission FH/TH/16/0756 for the erection of a single storey side extension and two storey rear and side extension and erection of porch to front elevation following demolition of existing garage to allow for minor alterations to the side and rear extensions together with the addition of a parapet gutter arrangement to the side extensions and alterations to fenestration of porch.
The Parish Council have received a complaint and objects to the house as it has been built, no longer conforms to building lines and is not in accordance with plans approved last year. The property is now out of line with the adjacent properties and entering the curtilage of a property not owned by the applicant, this leads to Land Registry problems. There was debate about the original application, which the PC did not give approval to. There should be a call for the applicant to rectify this and adhere to the details and design of the approved application.
